    The accident occurred at the Waukegan National Airport (UGN) Waukegan, IL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The flight instructor reported that, during an instructional flight, the radio and intercom failed. AaThe instructor returned to the airport and received a green light from the tower air traffic controllerAato land. AaDuring touchdown, the airplane aCuballooned, aC touched down again and then veered right and ground looped...
