Incident occurred at the Williston Muni Airport, Williston, FL. The flight departed from Clearwater, FL, stopping at Ashland, AL, on the way to Williston, FL. Stalled and/or mushed while on a low pass. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions and down and updrafts. The sky conditions were scattered. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited)...
