    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD80FIA01: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:45 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Bealton, VA. The airframe failed in flight while cruising. Report remarks include: Rear seat control stick failed in flt, made of walnut, correct material hickory, p/n 75-3360. Incident occurred at or near Bealton, VA.

    The accident occurred at Falcon Field (KFFZ) Mesa, AZ, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that the purpose of the flight was to practice landings in the tailwheel-equipped airplane. The pilot said that during the landing roll the airplane veered left. He applied corrective control inputs in an effort to realign the airplane with the runway; however, the airplane continued left and exited the runway surface...

    The accident occurred at the Falcon Field Airport (FFZ) Mesa, AZ, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that as the tailwheel-equipped airplane decelerated after touchdown, it tracked left of the runway centerline. He applied corrective control inputs; however, the airplane continued to track left and departed the runway. The right wing contacted the ground and was substantially damaged during the runway excursion...
