    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK74DJY03: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:40 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Phan Rang Airport, Phan Rang, Vietnam. The flight departed from Phan Rang, S. vtnm, with the destination Saigon, S. vietnam. The engine failed or malfunctioned while climbing to cruise. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Opa Locka Airport (OPF) Miami, FL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. While practicing short field landings the pilot flared the aircraft for landing after which it stalled, descended right wing low, then crashed onto the runway. The aircraft then touched down on the nose landing gear causing it to collapse, slid off the runway.
