    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 63-12923.

    April 1965

    Based in Vietnam.

    May 1965

    Involved in an incident.
    Brought down by small arms fire.

    Repaired.
    Returned to the USA for repair.

    March 1967

    Transferred to 1st Cavalry Division A/1?9, Vietnam.

    November 1968

    Transferred to US Navy Seawolves.
    Operated with markings: 324

    October 1969

    Damaged.
    Heavily damaged but repaired.

    Repaired.

    28 May 1971

    Damaged.
    Hit by fire from a 75MM recoilless rifle.

    29 February 1972

    Last Military flight of Seawolf 3234.

    October 1973

    Transferred to NASA Langley Research Center.
    Loaned to NASA.

    August 1975

    Assigned to Davis Monthan Air Force Base, AZ for storage.

    Circa 1994

    To Overseas Aircraft Support/John Boucher.
    One of 14 Hueys purchased by John Boucher, President and CEO of Overseas Aircraft Support. The original intention was to build them as mock-ups to be blown up in movies. Each Huey cost $700 but fortunately someone read the logs for these Hueys and noticed that it had a Seawolf history and restoration was decided upon.

    Restored.
