    Contracted to Trans-Florida Aviation, Inc, Sarasota, FL for work on the airframe.

    As part of the U.S. Military Assistance Program (MAP) and Project Peace Hawk, a general overhaul and IRAN (Inspect and Repair as Necessary) was conducted by a Field Team of the Cavalier Aircraft Corporation, performed at San Isidro airbase.

    Damaged.
    Suffered extensive damage as the result of a forced landing.

    Repaired.
    While undergoing a protracted rebuild, the backseat area was fitted with rudimentary instruments and controls.

    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at Cummings, KS, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot and the pilot-certificated passenger departed on a local flight and the airplane was seen performing aerobatics before the accident. A witness then saw the airplane fly low over the ground, pitch up at a steep angle, turn, descend and impact the ground in a near vertical attitude...
