Incident occurred at the Karluck Lagoon Airport, Karluk, AK. The flight departed from Kodiak, AK, with the destination Karluk, AK. Collided with an object while taxiing. The factors included; hidden obstructions on terrain. Report remarks include: Remarks- a/c struck submerged mud bank while water taxiing frm lndg. Mail flight. Company flight pln.
