Crashed.
There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at Rock Springs, WY, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. During an external load operation involving lifting a drill for repositioning, the pilot heard multiple loud reports (compressor stalls) coming from the rear of the helicopter, followed by an adverse yaw. The pilot jettisoned the drill and pointed the helicopter down a hill to avoid nearby ground personnel...

There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Mesa, AZ, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. On April 24, 2020, about 1600 Mountain Standard Time, a Bell UH-1H helicopter, N3276T, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident in Mesa, Arizona. The pilot was fatally injured and the passenger was seriously injured...
