    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA67F0134: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Fulton County Airport, Atlanta, GA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed during the takeoff run. The factors included; overload failure.
