Crashed. The accident occurred at the Torrington Municipal Airport (TOR) Torrington, WY, United States while on decent. The damage was substantial. The airplane was eastbound and descending from a cruising altitude of 13500 feet for landing. The pilot said that during descent, the cylinder number 1 failed, followed immediately by the failure of cylinder number 2 and within about 4 seconds a total seizure of the engine... Crashed. There was one fatality. The accident occurred at the Centenial Airport (APA) Simla, CO, United States. The airframe was destroyed. Witnesses observed the airplane performing aerobatic maneuvers for approximately 15 minutes. They could not estimate how high the airplane was flying, but indicated it was too high to make out details on the airplane.
