    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC70DHA10: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:45 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from Mt Pocono Arpt, with the destination Lake Wallenpaupack. The tail rotor failed while cruising. Rolled over during the landing rollout. The factors included; turbulence in flight in clear air and load not jettisoned. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The temperature was 74 degF...

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI80FEK18: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Circleville, OH. The engine failed or malfunctioned while on a crop dusting run. Collided with trees during the landing rollout. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Otsego, OH, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The pilot was spreading fertilizer by using external buckets. As he was unhooking a bucket, the engine lost power. He did a hovering autorotation, but the helicopter settled on a bucket, tipped over and allowed the main rotor blades to hit the ground. An examination revealed that the engine had mechanical continuity and the fuel system was clean and working properly...
