Incident occurred at the Municipal Airport, Columbia, MO. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The wind conditions were right quartering head wind 023-067 degrees. The wind direction was 240 degrees...
