    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI78FEP53: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the S. j. Wittman Fld Airport, Oshkosh, WI. This was a local flight from Oshkosh, WI. Collided with another aircraft on the ground during the takeoff run.
