    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC79FGT07: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 22:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Mid-state Airport, Philipsburg, PA. The flight departed from Pittsburgh, PA, with the destination Jamacia, NY. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Landed wheels up on touch down. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...

    5 May 1986

    To Skydive San Marcos Inc, Fentress, TE with new c/r N125MB (C-45H, 51-11729).

    4 September 1993

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at Fentress, TX, United States while cruising. The damage was minor. The reserve parachute of one of the skydivers inadvertently deployed and pulled him out of the airplane, striking the left horizontal stabilizer. Examination of the reserve parachute revealed no evidence of any fault with the automatic signaling device.
