Incident occurred at the Mid-state Airport, Philipsburg, PA. The flight departed from Pittsburgh, PA, with the destination Jamacia, NY. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Landed wheels up on touch down. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...

Crashed.
There was one fatality. The accident occurred at Fentress, TX, United States while cruising. The damage was minor. The reserve parachute of one of the skydivers inadvertently deployed and pulled him out of the airplane, striking the left horizontal stabilizer. Examination of the reserve parachute revealed no evidence of any fault with the automatic signaling device.
