    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA72DKT52: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Belle Glade State Airport, Belle Glade, FL. This was a local flight from Belle Glade, FL. The aircraft nosed over during the takeoff run. The factors included; airport conditions were a factor. Report remarks include: Gear broke thru soft sod, hit hidden soft spot. Pilots fifth t/o. Spraying celery.

    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Flying Baron Estates Airport Leesburg, FL, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot stated to an FAA inspector that he was taking off from a private airport and during the initial climb, while at an altitude of about 100 feet, the engine coughed, sputtered and started to cease operating...
