    To 18th Tactical Fighter Wing, Kadena AB, Okinawa.

    By May 1967

    Transferred to 12th TFS, 18th TFW, Kadena AB, Okinawa.

    31 August 1967

    Transferred to 23rd Tactical Fighter Wing, McConnell AFB, KS.

    5 March 1971

    Transferred to 149th TFS, 192nd TFG, Virginia ANG, Byrd Field, VA.

    26 February 1974

    Transferred to 457th TFS, 506th TFG, AFRES, Carswell AFB, TX.
    Operated with markings: TH

    From 14 August 1977 to 27 August 1977

    Deployed to Norvenich, West Germany, under CORONET POKER.

    From 12 May 1979 to 24 May 1979

    Deployed to Gioia Del Colle, Italy, under CORONET PALOMINO.

    By February 1982

    Transferred to 466th TFS, 508th TFG, AFRES, Hill AFB, UT.
    Operated with markings: HI

    25 February 1984

    One of the three F-105Fs that flew in the Thud-Out ceremony at Hill AFB, Utah. Pilot was Maj. Frank Bernard and backseater was Col. Merlyn Dethlefsen. Col. Dethlefsen was awarded the Medal of Honor during the Vietnam War while flying a badly damaged F-105 on a combat mission over North Vietnam.

    3 March 1984

    Last flight.
    Flew from Hill AFB, UT, to Little Rock AFB, AR. The pilot for this flight was Maj. Kent Clark with Mr. Theodore W. Van Geffen as the rear seat passenger. This was the second to last F-105 Thunderchief to fly.
