    Transferred to 145th Air Refueling Squadron, 160th Air Refueling Group, Ohio ANG, Clinton County AFB, OH.

    By 1974

    Transferred to 161st Air Refueling Wing, Arizona Air National Guard, Phoenix, AZ.
