    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Beaver County Airport (BVI) Beaver Falls, PA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot of the tailwheel-equipped airplane, he landed on Runway 28. During the rollout, the airplane became erratic for no apparent reason, veered off the left side of the runway, encountered standing water in the grass and nosed over, damaging the vertical stabilizer. Runway 28 was 4501 feet long and 100 feet wide...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Columbiana Country Airport (02G) East Liverpool, OH, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he was attempting to perform a touch-and-go landing with full flaps in the tailwheel-equipped airplane. He stated that the main wheels touched the ground first, followed by the tailwheel and the airplane then veered off the left side of the runway and into a gully...
