    Built at Castle Bromwich

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n RW393.

    20 July 1945

    Transferred to To No. 6 Maintenance Unit, RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire.

    3 November 1947

    Transferred to To No. 203 Advanced Flying School, RAF Chivenor, Devon.

    1949

    Flown as the personal aircraft of the AOC Fighter Command - Air Marshal Sir William Elliot (AOC Fighter Command 1947 -49) whilst on charge to No.31 Squadron (Metropolitan Communications Flight) at RAF Hendon.

    13 December 1954

    Permanently withdrawn from use.

    14 December 1955

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n 7293M.
    As a display aircraft at No. 603 Squadron, RAF Turnhouse, Edinburgh, Scotland.

    Refurbished by the Engineering Wing at RAF Kinloss. Returned to the gate at Turnhouse by April 76.

    Withdrawn from use.
    Stored at RAF St Athan.

    March 1995

    Transferred to To RAF Museum Storage and Restoration Centre, RAF Cardington.

    1 May 1995

    Placed on display, Aerospace Museum Cosford, Salop.

    7 June 2007

    By road to RAFM Stafford for storage.

    21 July 2015

    To RAF Museum, Grahame Park Way, Hendon, London, England.
