    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal New Zealand Air Force with s/n NZ786.

    Crashed.
    At Otoko, NZ.

    8 March 1954

    Civil registration, ZK-ASV, cancelled.

    15 September 1995

    To B. Dunn, Wellington with new c/r ZK-ASV.

    Repaired.
    Rebuilt at Mandeville.

    21 December 2001
