    Designated as an Additional Test Asset (ATA). This aircraft flew more than 200 developmental test missions.

    September 2007

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 99-0021.

    September 2007

    Transferred to 413th Flight Test Squadron, Hurlburt Field, FL.
    Flew more than 400 test missions.

    Ferry flight. Delivered to National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
