    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DEN65A0089: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:48 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Grant County Airport, Silver City, NM. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. Report remarks include: Rudder trim set at 2 units right as compared to 5 OR6 requirer for takeoff.
