    30 November 1989

    Written off.
    When the pilot was unable to pull the aircraft out of a 10 degree dive after the controls jammed. He ejected and the aircraft crashed into the Mediterranean Sea off Sardinia. Caused by the failure of the forward Reaction Control Valve seal diaphragm.
