    Constructed as a Belvedere HC.1.
    The last of five Type 192 prototypes.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Aircraft Establishment with s/n XG452.

    27 April 1960

    Transferred to Aeroplane and Armament Experimental Establishment, Boscombe Down.

    From June 1960 to August 1960

    Flown from Gatwick to Idris, Libya, via Luqa, Malta for tropical trials. Set a new average speed record of 130mph. Returned via Le Bourget-du-Lac in the Alps for high altitude trials.

    September 1960

    Appeared in the SBAC Air Show at Farnborough.

    October 1967

    Transferred to No. 2 School of Technical Training, Cosford.
    Instructional Airframe, allocated maintenance number 7997M.

    1971

    Assigned to RAF Ternhill for storage.

    5 November 1974

    To The Helicopter Museum, Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset-North, England.

    November 1975

    Transported by ground. Delivered to The Helicopter Museum, Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset-North, England.

    To Elfan Dyfed Ap Rees trading as British Rotorcraft Museum, Weston-Super-Mare with new c/r G-BRMB (BRISTOL 192 HC1, 13347).

    3 July 1996

    Civil registration, G-BRMB, cancelled.

    Restoration started.
