    Constructed as a Kittyhawk I.

    Circa 1941

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n AK933.
    Probably paperwork for transfer to RCAF.

    2 February 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 1057.

    16 August 1946

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Royal Canadian Air Force.

    To Vulcan AB, AB.
    Assigned to Vulcan for disposal.

    Sold to a farmer at Champion,Albeta.

    The wings this airframe (RCAF s/n 1057) were obtained by George Maude, BC, for the restoration of RCAF sn 1034.

    1959

    In an unrelated effort, up until this point, Neil Rose of Vancouver, WA, obtained P-40F wings from USAAF s/n 41-13615 purchased from George Maude and recovered from Cutbank, MT.

    By 1964

    To Bob Warden, Calgary, AB.

    Recovered.
    Mr. Warden removed the airframe from the farm.

    From 1964 to By 1965

    To Neil Rose, Vancouver, WA.
    Mr. Rose obtained the remaining fuselage and parts.

    Circa 1965

    Mr. Rose also obtained the internal fittings of RCAF s/n 1051 while it was still on a gas station roof at Everett, WA.

    From September 1965 to By 1966

    To George Perez, Pacifica, CA.

    By 1966

    The restoration project was placed in storage at Half Moon Bay, CA.

    June 1966

    To John R. Paul, Alamo, CA.

    From December 1966 to By 1989

    Assigned civil registration: N94466

    Restored.
    Markings Applied: SU E
    The work to restore the project to flying condition was carried out at Livermore, CA. The project consisted of; the fuselage from RCAF s/n 1057, the wings of USAAF s/n 41-13615, the engine from RCAF s/n 1052, the undercarriage from RCAF s/n 870, and the control surfaces and internal fittings from RCAF s/n 1051.

Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 276.002 mph. Raced in Heat 3. Finished in 6th place with an average speed of 285.097 mph. Raced in the Medallion 2 race. Finished in 7th place with an average speed of 269.86 mph.
