    Constructed as a C-123B-7-FA by Fairchild at Hagerstown, Maryland, USA.

    February 1956

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 54-0633.

    Converted to a C-123K.

    Converted to an UC-123K.

    Markings Applied: 633

    From August 1966 to July 1970

    It arrived in Vietnam in August 1966. There it served with several units and many locations until its return to the United States in July 1970.

    April 1982

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Air Force.

    28 April 1982

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number CP075.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
