Qualified in 4th place with an average speed of 351.29 mph. Raced in Heat 1. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 339.55 mph. Raced in Heat 2 Gold. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 337.41 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 343.43 mph.

Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 335.70 mph. Raced in Heat 2 Gold. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 331.42 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 333.22 mph.

    The airframe remained in stock condition. Competed at the Las Vegas International Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Walter Ohlrich. Qualified in 10th place with an average speed of 329.35 mph. Raced in Heat. Finished in 10th place with an average speed of 10 mph. Raced in Heat 1A. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 322.11 mph. Raced in Heat 2C. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 316.5 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 319.37 mph.

    From 27 May 1966 to 30 May 1966

    Raced as #10, named Tonopah Queen.
    Racing modifications included; P-51H spinner installed, upper surface wing gun blisters were removed, a new tail cone fairing was added and a water injection system was added. Apparently arrived at the National Air Races Los Angeles, may have qualified and may even have competed in the Unlimited class, but we do not have any documented results (no times or placements). The primary pilot was Walter Ohlrich. No results were recorded for the race. Raced in Heat 1. Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 338.36 mph. Raced in Heat B. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 339.38 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 362.65 mph.

    From 21 September 1966 to 26 September 1966

    Raced as #10, named Toms Cat.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Sandy Falconer. Qualified in 9th place with an average speed of 333.46 mph. Raced in Heat B. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 324.85 mph. Raced in the Reserve race. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 351.05 mph.

    Notes: Sandy Falconer was the pilot of Tom Matthews Bearcat Tom Cat in 1966 while regular pilot Walt Ohlrich was on tour flying A4 Skyhawks in Vietnam.

    Raced as #10, named Toms Cat.
    The modifications in this year were simply an improved water-injection system for the engine. Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Walt Ohlrich. Qualified in 8th place with an average speed of 333.84 mph. Raced in the Reserve race. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 332.88 mph.

    Walt Ohlrich purchased the airframe in 1968 and renamed it Miss Priss. Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Walt Ohlrich. Qualified in 6th place with an average speed of 340.00 mph. Raced in Heat 1. Finished in 3rd place with an average speed of 323.41 mph. Raced in the Trophy race. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 344.30 mph.

    The reace was from Milwaukee, WI to Reno. Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Harolds Club Transcontinental race. The primary pilot was Walt Ohlrich. Raced in the One Mile Course race. Finished in 8th place with an average speed of 254.99 mph.

    Raced as #10, named miss Priss.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Walt Ohlrich. Qualified in 8th place with an average speed of 341.90 mph. Raced in Heat B. Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 338.57 mph. Raced in the Make-Up race. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 318.09 mph. Raced in the Reserve race. Finished in 1st place with an average speed of 344.17 mph. After the race the aircraft was retired from racing.
