    Notes: Adastra Aerial Surveys flew Hudsons, all former RAAF WWII bombers, on aerial survey work into the 1970s. VH-AGX was at Adelaide on 20 December 1962 having an oil leak to the starboard Wright Cyclone checked during a ferry back to home base Sydney from Forrest WA. Colour scheme was Adastra green and white, with black and red trim

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The flight departed Horn Island Airport, QLD (HID/YHID), Australia. The accident occurred at Horn Island Airport, QLD (HID) (Australia) while taking off. Narrative: Takeoff from Horn Island Airport, QLD (HID) was abandoned due to a loss of engine power. The airplane overran the runway and was considered damaged beyond repair. It was shipped to Melbourne in 1977 and rebuilt for RAAF Museum.
