    Constructed as a PT-21.

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at airport TO2 near Friendswood, TX, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The student pilot took off with a passenger to practice landings. On the second landing, the aircraft collided with a ditch short of the runway and flipped inverted.
