Collided with wires and/or poles while on a low pass. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land and suspected or known aircraft damage. Report remarks include: Landed without further damage. Incident occurred at or near Castaic, CA.

    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX71DUG38: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:28 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Keller Peak, Heliport. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain during the takeoff run. The factors included; rough uneven terrain. Report remarks include: Pilot failed to maintain rotor rpm. Settled, came to rest inverted. Incident occurred at or near Runing Spgs, CA.

    Crashed.
    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Browns Fort Helipad Airport Canon City, CO, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The helicopter collided with power lines while on a downwind to the helipad. According to witnesses, the helicopter was travelling perpendicular to an electrical transmission line at about 60 knots when it collided with the top of a two wire set at about 30 feet above ground level...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Buckhead Ridge, FL, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. As the aerial application helicopter was lifting off the trailer mounted helipad, a gust of wind from behind caused the rotorcraft to lurch forward and snag the toe of the right skid under a toolbox. In the process of disengaging the skid, the pilot set down off-center and slipped off the helipad edge, causing substantial damage to the helicopter and minor damage to the helipad.
