    Notes: Taken at YYZ Toronto International. Arrived a few days earlier in full Helicopter Transport Services markings, and painted overnight as a Presidential VH-3D to be a movie star for a day. Interestingly, the crew had several cases of aerosol cans pre mixed in the correct color of green, and spent the night painting it; I never did find the name of the movie.

    19 July 2008

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Cusco, Peru. The damage was substantial. The foreign authority was the source of this information. On July 19, 2008, about 1414 universal coordinated time, a Sikorsky S-61N helicopter, N91158, was substantially damaged during a forced landing in a jungle area, near Cusco, Peru. The 2 flight crew members and 11 passengers were not injured. Meteorological conditions at the time of the local flight were unknown.
