    Transferred to 388th Tactical Fighter Wing, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.

    14 December 1968

    Transferred to 419th TFTS, 23rd Tactical Fighter Wing, McConnell AFB, KS.

    10 May 1970

    Transferred to 57th Fighter Weapons Wing, Nellis AFB, NV.
    Operated with markings: WA

    19 December 1972

    Converted to a F-105G.

    16 February 1973

    Transferred to 561st Tactical Fighter Squadron, 832nd AD, McConnell AFB, KS.

    30 June 1973

    Transferred to 561st TFS, 35th TFW, George AFB, CA.
    Operated with markings: GA

    20 August 1973

    While flying in formation with a refueling tanker, the aircraft experienced sluggish control. After landing, the cause was traced to a chafed left trailing edge flap flex shaft. This condition was caused by a clamp improperly installed by maintanence.

    One of six F-105Gs that deployed to Spangdahlem AB, West Germany, during CORONET YANKEE.

    From 9 August 1978 to 7 September 1978

    One of 18 F-105Gs that deployed to Karup AB, Denmark, during CORONET SPARROW.

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number FK0018.

    April 1988

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
