    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Force with s/n 28.

    Imperial Japanese Navy Lt. Kazuo Akatsuka ferried this Seiran from Fukuyama to Yokosuka where he surrendered it to an American occupation contingent.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 1600228.

    Circa 1945

    Transported by ship.
    Japan to California.

    Placed on display with NAS Alameda, CA.
