    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 18071.

    Used by the Primary Flying Training School at RCAF Station Centralia, Ontario for Course 5904, in the summer of 1959. This course included Canadian and Dutch pupils.

    Redesignated as CT-120.

    From 2 June 1970 to 10 November 1971

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 12071.

    Circa 1972

    To J. P. Huneault Pierrefonds, PQ with new c/r CF-QKV.

    By 1976

    To Stephan Kauser, Mont Royal keeping c/r CF-QKV.

    From Unknown to 1987

    To Bailey Aviation Services and Holding with new c/r C-FQKV.

    8 June 1987

    To Flight Research Inc, Starkville, MS with new c/r N4KV.
