Adopted the ID of USN BuNo 70222. Glenn Chatfield comments: The Commemorative Air Force has adopted the BuNo 70222 but Goodall shows the BuNo as 70387. However, both those aircraft were lost at sea: 70222 in the north Atlantic on 17 October 1944 and 70387 off Philippines on 14 November 1944. |
