    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW75DRD18: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:05 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from 144A Main Pass, with the destination 299C Main Pass. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Ditched while performing a power-off autorotative landing. The factors included; rough water. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...
