    Involved in an incident.
    There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:30 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near Rio Oso, CA.
