    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 47-0008.

    From 1963 to 1980

    Transferred to Naval Weapons Center, NAS China Lake, CA.

    Placed in open storage at China Lake.

    Recovered.
    Retrieved from China Lake.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.

    Transported by ground. Delivered to Castle Air Museum, Castle Airport (formerly Castle AFB), Atwater, CA.
    Trucked dismantled from China Lake to the Castle museum at Atwater.

    Restored.
    Markings Applied: US AIR FORCE, 7008, BE-008
    A B-45C canopy was fitted during the restoration.
