    To 313th TFS, 50th TFW, Hahn AB, West Germany.
    Markings added: HR

    Transferred to 496th TFS, 50th TFW, Hahn AB, West Germany.
    Operated with markings: HR

    By July 1991

    Transferred to 163D TFS, 122D TFG, Indiana ANG, Fort Wayne ANGS, IN.
    Operated with markings: FW

    15 March 1992

    Transferred to 163D FS, 122D FG, Indiana ANG, Fort Wayne ANGS, IN.

    From June 2004 to August 2004

    Deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

    September 2008

    Markings Applied: Indiana, FW, 358th Fighter Group
    Flew with special markings that honored the 358th Fighter Group of WWII. The 358th FG was the commanding group for the 365th FS, which the 163d FS, Indiana ANG, traces its lineage back to.

    11 June 2009

    Last flight.
    Final flight with 122nd FW before it is given to the Air Force Museum and subsequently kept on base as a static display.
