    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-34382.
    Accepted at Parks College.

    Transferred to Civilian Pilot Training Program/War Training Service, Parks College, East Saint. Louis, IL.

    While at Parks college the canopy was added for cold-weather operations.

    June 1944

    Transferred to 32nd Flying Training Wing, Perrin Army Air Field, TX.

    30 June 1944

    Assigned to San Antonio Air Technical Service Center, Kelly Army Air Field, TX for storage.

    12 September 1944

    Ferried to an unknown air field for storage.

    14 June 1945

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Army Air Force.
    Sold as surplus.

    By November 1956

    To unknown owner with c/r N51090.

    5 November 1956

    Certificate of airworthiness for N51090 (M-62A-3, T43-5048) issued.

    17 June 1967

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA68F0031: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Parkaire Field Airport, Marietta, GA. The gear collapsed on touch down.

    Restored to original PT-19A configuration, but canopy retained, and plane marked as it would have looked serving at Parks College.
