    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Corps with s/n 41-20995.

    Transferred to King City, CA.

    25 February 1943

    Crashed.
    Wrecked in landing accident. Collided with disabled PT-22, 41-20605, flown by John E. Roberts on landing roll. Aircraft was being flown by Walter O. McCaffree.

    Repaired.
    Sent to Pacific Airmotive Corporation in Burbank, California.

    15 September 1944

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Army Air Force.

    28 May 1956

    Certificate of airworthiness for N51122 (ST3KR, 2204) issued.

    By 16 May 1964

    To unknown owner with c/r N51122.

    16 May 1964

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report for event ID 80700: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Stalled during the initial climb. Incident occurred at or near Angleton, TX.

    26 February 1986

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Camarillo Airport (CMA) Camarillo, CA, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The owner of the aircraft reported that he had just purchased the aircraft and was being checked out at the time of the accident. Shortly after departing cma and upon reaching 1200 feet MSL, the engine lost power. Unable to maintain altitude the check pilot assumed command of the aircraft and landed in an open field about 3 miles north of the airport...
