    Circa 1957

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 57-0433.

    To 52nd Fighter Group, Suffolk County AFB, NY.

    16 May 1968

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    10 September 1970

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 101060 as a CF-101B.

    To No. 416 All Weather Fighter Squadron, CFB Bagotville, QC.

    By 1982

    Transferred to No. 409 All Weather Fighter Squadron, CFB Comox, BC.

    6 July 1984

    Last flight.
    Took part in last Voodoo formation, 9 ship from Comox to Cold Lake. Touched down last, meaning that this may have been last F-101 to fly in the world.

    7 January 1985

    New serial number assigned: 837B CAF
    Instructional airframe.

    After June 1991

    To Alberta Aviation Museum Association, Edmonton City Centre Airport, Edmonton, AB.
