Incident occurred at the Burley Airport, Burley, ID. This was a local flight from Burley, ID. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; overload failure.

    8 March 1983

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Buchanan Airport (CCR) Concord, CA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. At about 50 feet above ground level during the takeoff portion of a touch-and-go, the engine loss power the aircraft crashed into a fence. Thecarburetor bowl was drained about 2/3 of the fluid was determined to be water. The fuel strainer also contained water.
