    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 62-4188 as a C-7B.
    TOS USAF under Operation Red Leaf.

    1 January 1967

    Transferred to 458th Tactical Airlift Squadron, Cam Rahn Air Base, South Vietnam.

    1 March 1972

    458th TAS inactivated.
