    Constructed as an AH-1G-BF by Bell at Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 67-15824.

    November 1968

    To Director of Supply and Transport, Sharpe Army Depot, CA.

    January 1969

    To A Battery, 2nd Battalion, 20th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Air CAV., South Vietnam.

    February 1969

    Transferred to 20th Transportation Company, South Vietnam.

    May 1969

    To A Co., 1st Battalion, 9th U. S. Cavalry Regiment, Tay Ninh, South Vietnam.

    21 July 1969

    Involved in an incident.
    As aircraft was started, external power receptacle light came on. CE PFC Edward S. Hamilton went around A/C and was struck in the head by the tail rotor causing death instantly.

    January 1971

    Transferred to 1st Battalion, 9th U. S. Cavalry Regiment, Tay Ninh, South Vietnam.

    24 February 1971

    Damaged.
    During a Recon mission for Armed Recon over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15824 was attacking at 80 feet and 120 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 12.7MM weapon. The helicopter was hit in one of the armament pylons. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    May 1971

    Transferred to 361st Assault Helicopter Company, South Vietnam.

    August 1972

    Transferred to 142nd Transportation Company, South Vietnam.

    September 1972

    To U. S. Army Transportation Aeronautical Depot Maintenance Center (ARADMAC), NAS Corpus Christi, TX.

    January 1973

    Transferred to U. S. Army Aviation Systems Command (AVSCOM), Saint. Louis, MO.

    February 1973

    To ARADMAC, NAS Corpus Christi, TX.

    July 1973

    Transferred to 101st Airborne Division, 1st Army, Fort Campbell, KY.

    Converted to a TAH-1F.

    Redesignated as AH-1F.

    By 1996

    Transferred to Arizona Army National Guard, WAATS, Marana, AZ.

    To Bangor, WI.
