Incident occurred at the Cross Keys Airport, Cross Keys, NJ. This was a local flight from Cross Keys, NJ. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The gear collapsed while landing. The factors included; overload failure and touch and go. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
