    Converted to a Monarch 26 by Rock Island.

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW68A0061: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:35 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Will Rogers World Airport, Oklahoma Cty, OK. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; landing gear warning and indicating components. Report remarks include: Nose landing gear warning systm switch improperly adjusted.
